Here is a case study for Mr. Y in Mie Prefecture. Traditionally, OPP sheets were cut manually with a cutter, but as the number of processing facilities has decreased, there were concerns about not being able to place orders in the future. Therefore, there was a consultation about whether it could be processed by machine. Since there was a track record of processing sheets, I thought there would be no problem. However, the cut surface from a cutter and the one melted with a hot blade would differ, so in order to get as close as possible to the cutter's finish, we carefully selected the temperature and the hot blade, resulting in a product that satisfied the client. Furthermore, regarding delivery times, processing by machine resulted in quicker finishes, eliminating any waiting time. We are particular about our machinery to accommodate a wide range of bag sizes. *Free samples available.

We would like to introduce a case of bag manufacturing for a larger-sized bag that was ordered. The customer's request was, "I would like an OPP bag to hold a product with a height of 700mm and a width of 400mm. It is a larger size; is it possible to order?" We confirmed that we could manufacture the bag and discussed the bag size, leading to the order. The sizes we often receive orders for are typically up to a height of 650mm and a width of 500mm, but we have equipped ourselves to handle bag manufacturing for sizes larger than that. The maximum size we can accommodate is a height of 900mm and a width of 650mm. *Please note that there may be variations depending on the type of bag, so for details, please contact us. Additionally, since this order involved a relatively large-sized product, we decided to use a laminated film made of OPP and CPP films. While the regular OPP film has overall strength, it tends to be prone to tearing at the sides. By adding crease lines to the sealing part of the OPP bag, work efficiency is improved!

When manufacturing bags, we sometimes add crease lines to the sealing area, and today we would like to introduce bags with crease lines. We received a request from a customer who said, "I want to make sure the sealing area is folded neatly when folding it twice." Typically, the sealing area is folded once (Photo A). However, there are cases where, as per the customer's request, the sealing area is folded twice (Photo B). Without crease lines, there are several issues: - Different people may fold at different positions. - It can be difficult to fold straight, resulting in a diagonal fold. - It takes time to fold. - It may not align well with the glue position. With crease lines, the folding position is determined, making it easier to fold, and ensuring that the second fold aligns perfectly with the glue position. This also helps reduce the effort required for the task and shortens the time needed, leading to improved work efficiency. This time, we would like to introduce a case study of a bag with corner cutting processing applied to the flap part. In sealing operations, there are methods that use glue on the flap part and those that use tape such as cellophane tape. 1. When sealing with glue for products of a certain thickness: If the flap part shifts even slightly from the main body of the bag, the glue may protrude from the bag and stick to other products. 2. When sealing with cellophane tape for products of a certain thickness: If the tape is not applied all the way to the edges, it may peel up, resulting in an unsightly appearance. (Applying tape to the edges increases the width of tape used and makes it more cumbersome to remove.) The solution to the above issues is "corner cutting processing." For point 1, even if the seal shifts slightly from a straight position, it can prevent the flap part from protruding from the main body of the bag. For point 2, it reduces excess material, minimizes the width of the tape used, and allows for a neat seal. Our company strives to provide proposals that enable aftercare for bagging operations after the bag products reach our customers.
